AJDA PEKKAN - OFFENBACH

Ajda Pekkan, also known as the “Superstar” and “Diva”, is a significant figure in the Turkish music industry. Pekkan is known for her numerous albums featuring countless hits, her modern musical style and her impressive live performances. For more than 40 years, she has continued to capture the attention of audiences and is considered a major role model and source of inspiration for many.

Ajda Pekkan has also achieved great success internationally. In the early 1970s, the singer scored a French Top 40 hit with “Pour Lui”. Her greatest achievement, however, was finishing second at the Eurovision Song Contest 1980, which took place in the Netherlands.

The last time Ajda Pekkan performed in the Netherlands was in 2012 at Heineken Music Hall.
